moneytyping is a mobile application developed and published by OMNITYPING PVT LTD, a private limited company registered in India.

moneytyping does not collect, transmit, store, or process any personal data on our servers. we have no servers that receive your data. the application operates entirely on your device.

specifically, we do not collect:

• your name, email address, or any account information
• your financial data, transactions, or journal entries
• your location
• your device identifiers
• usage analytics or behavioural data
• crash reports sent to our servers
• any data whatsoever

all data you enter into moneytyping — every entry, every note, every streak — is stored locally on your device only, using the device's built-in storage.

this means:

• your data never leaves your phone
• we cannot access it remotely
• there is no cloud backup managed by us
• if you delete the app, your data is deleted with it
• if you back up your phone, your data is included in that backup — which is managed entirely by you and your device (Apple iCloud or Google backup), not by us

moneytyping contains zero third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs. we do not use:

• google analytics or firebase
• meta pixel or facebook SDK
• mixpanel, amplitude, or similar analytics tools
• any advertising networks
• any crash reporting services that transmit data externally

you are not tracked. your behaviour in the app is not monitored. your attention is not sold.

moneytyping does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. there is no login. there is no profile. there is no email verification.

you open the app. you type. that is the whole thing.

because we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children either. moneytyping is safe for users of all ages. we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 — or any age, for that matter.

under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023), you have rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data.

since we hold no data about you, these rights are fully satisfied by default. if you would like to delete your data, simply delete the app from your device.

if we ever change our privacy practices — for example, if we add optional cloud backup in a future version — we will update this policy and notify users prominently within the app before any change takes effect.

we will never collect data without your explicit, informed consent.

moneytyping is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. apple and google may collect certain technical and transactional data as part of their platform operations (such as purchase records for in-app purchases). this data is governed by apple's and google's own privacy policies, not ours.
